To achieve profitable investment projects on medium and long term at the Black Sea and the Danube region, it is necessary to change from the foundations the way of thinking of both the investors / managers and the political leaders and local administration. The further widening of the gap between rich and poor cannot be a viable solution; on the contrary, a vast process of social innovation and of rethinking the foundations of economic growth is required and desirable.

- other business interest groups, national and bilateral chambers of commerce;
- diplomatic representations in Romania and their commercial offices;
- journalists
- leading representatives of the NGO sector.
