EUROLINK - House of Europe
The House of Europe in Bucharest, Representative Office of the International Federation of Europe Houses (FIME) in Romania, was established in March 1997, thanks to an initiative of some leading Romanian specialists, intellectuals, businessmen, journalists and students. Its main goal is to deepen and to promote the European Idea and the aspirations of a United Europe. In this context, the House of Europe provides to Bucharest an independent public arena for debates concerning the majors issues of the European unification, and of the EU enlargement.
The House of Europe provides all levels of educational programmes, professional training & highly qualified consultance, and launches information, promotions, advocacy and lobby campaigns dedicated to the acceleration of the EU enlargement process.
CERP
CERP the European Public Relations Confederation (Confédération Européenne des Relations Publiques) is the umbrella organisation of more than 20 national and professional PR associations in Europe, which represents about 20.000 PR practitioners, consultants, in-house- specialists, teachers, researchers, and students.
The main objective is to represent the European PR profession and to establish contacts, exchanges, and co-operative links between the PR associations and their members worldwide. CERP president is Thomas Achelis.
